 With this certificate, it is certified that the
certificates obtained for the manufacture of building
materials (SEC, etc.) comply with the basic rules and
the requirements of technical documentation. It is also
a component of GOST-R Certification system.
Mandatory production certificate for buildings is
currently operative in Russian Federation according to
the national or international standards set forth by
Russian building affairs ministry or other countries to
determine technical specifications for production in
connection with the production nomenclature that brings
norms and rules, ensures that the lives, health and
property of people and the environment are duly
protected and is created on the state level by Russian
Federation.
A precondition for delivery of GOSTSTROY Certificate is
the existence of a hygienic and epidemiologic outcome GSEN (Hygiene) Certificate and a GPN (Fire Safety) Certificate.
Nevertheless, GPN (Fire Safety) Certificate is not necessary for every case.
New production processes for building (non-standard
materials, products, designs and technologies) are
subject to a technical prediction of compliance with the
application filed at the time of building. In fact
GOSTSTROY Ministry of Construction Certificate is an
official ratification that new production types are in
conformity for production for the purpose of building
applications. No new production process can be applied
without this certificate.
